THIS AUCTION IS FOR THE LABOUR TO REMOVE, STRIP, REASSEMBLE AND REFIT THE GEARBOX FROM YOUR VEHICLE SO ESSENTIALLY THE LABOUR SIDE OF THE REPAIR. THE PARTS REQUIRED FOR THE REPAIR ARE ADDITIONAL AS THEY WILL HAVE TO COME FROM THE DEALER BUT IF YOU WOULD LIKE AN IDEA OF COSTS THEN PLEASE FEEL FREE TO GET IN TOUCH ON OUR PRE-SALES LINE WITHIN THE AUCTION.

We provide a range of services and items including: Manual gearbox repairs/rebuilds to any manual car or commercial vehicle. A huge range of ready to go,on the shelf fully reconditioned gearboxes for manuals. Semi automatic diagnostics repairs/rebuilds and programming. Automatic gearbox fault finding,repairs and rebuilds with ready to go reconditioned gearboxes on the shelf should you require/need one. And Torque convertor and Value body overhauls and new units available amongst many other services.

The semi-automatic work we take on is a specialist field we started to be involved in years ago through customers being left high and dry by main dealers who are not interested in repairing or rebuilding the units,dont actually know how to deal with the vehicles or the problems they get and the upshot of all of this was to just get you to buy a new unit to the tune of £2000+ and this is normally after the costs have already spiraled out of control while they have guessed and tried to change this part and that part without it making any difference and even selling some people the manual gearbox underneath at cost of another £1600+ when it was nothing to do with the problem. Unfortunately many garages wont even touch the vehicles even these days and when they do it ends up being a disaster and we get a half completed job that is even more difficult to sort out.
All our work is guaranteed and is carried out to the highest order,as you would expect from a company that even gets vehicles coming direct from main dealerships due to our expertise in fixing gearboxes and stuff that they just cant get to the bottom of and all for less than you would be paying them.

We offer an in house from start to finish service on all vehicles so you can drop it off and know that the next time you see it,it will be back driving. The fitting services we provide are under the normal rates you would pay so its very competitive and we even offer a same-day service for most vehicles so you can drive in and drive out and not lose days off the road.

We take pride in our work and only to often we get a "re-conditioned gearbox" someone has "fitted" and are left to try and pick up the pieces of somebody elses jet washed and silver sprayed "re-conditioned gearbox" job. All our gearboxes come with a minimum 6month-6,000mile warrenty or 12month-12,000miles warranty if its fitted by us.

Please note that we are vat registered and issue vat invoices and no item will be allowed to be picked up or sent out until the full funds for the item have cleared.
Please check with our customer services if you are unsure about anything before purchase because there is a restocking fee of 25% for any item that is correctly supplied but not wanted however we will do our best to prevent this ever happening in the first place. Please check if Any item has been broken or damaged in transit when being delivered by courier through us or by yourself because once signed for it is down to you, the customer to take up with the courier company and we cant be held responsible for this although we would do our best to help you.
We security mark all items and anything being returned to us will be checked and if the item is found to not be ours,we will report it to ebay and the police and you will receive no refund.

Please not that all our gearboxes are sold on an exchange basis and although the free delivery, which covers zones 1,2 and 3 is free for the sending of our gearbox to you, your exchange gearboxes delivery/return to us, is not free. The price advertised is based on us receiving your exchange gearbox/differential first, should you wish to have our gearbox/differential delivered to you first before we have received your exchange unit then we will have to amend our price accordingly to include a surcharge deposit to comply with eBay rules. It is also worth noting that all supply only items have our standard warranty when sold, however this warranty should there be an issue, is for the return of the item which we will arrange and cover the costs and also to fix any issues the item has but we will not cover any labour charges incurred for removing/re-installing the item. In this event we will always offer you the option to drive the vehicle to us and we will remove, fix and re-install the item for free. Some automatics are sold as box only so without a torque and or a valve body/mechatronic unit so please check with us before you buy that you know what is included in the sale. Payment

All Major debit/credit cards are accepted although normal selling conditions apply. Bank transfer and Bacs payments are accepted as are cheque's and paypal however they must be fully cleared before items can leave. Cash is also accepted on site if collecting item in person.

Shipping

We aim to send all items within a day of receiving an order providing funds have cleared. Most items are sent on a pallet as a next day service. Please get in touch before you purchase items as certain postcodes are a longer delivery time and maybe chargeable.

Terms

All gearboxes are sold as a serviceable exchange basis for your old gearbox. In some cases we do require your old unit first however please get in touch to enquire if this is the case with the item you are looking at, have a problem with providing an exchange or need help in receiving our unit first. Returns

As all the items on offer from us come with different requirements it is strongly advisable to get in touch with us prior to purchasing any item as any item brought by mistake or incorrectly will attract a 10% restocking fee and return postage will also be down to the purchaser. We must be notified of any issues with items within 48hours of receiving the item. Unfortunately if you sign for an item that has been damaged in transit then we can only try to claim on your behalf from them so please check your item before you sign for it and if there is any issues then you must refuse the delivery.
