MATCHED PAIR

Made specially for us this valve closely matches the sound of vintage American brands like GE and RCA. These are now very rare, expensive and impossible to get a consistent supply.

The clear glass design has excellent dissipation, widely used by us in our HP8 headphone amplifier, 845 power amplifiers and integrated amplifiers, this is a very versatile and capable valve. 

Incorporates large radiators for grid cooling, double getter for hard vacuum with isolating mica to prevent contamination.

We also have a gold pin ceramic base version available. 

When talking about matching it is important to remember that double triodes like this contain two valves which ideally should be a good match.

All tested in Leicester on an AVO valve tester for matching both halves, current, shorts, leakage etc for quality assurance.

AND also audio tested in an amplifier for several hours for noise and stability.

Please note that these valves come "bulk packed" so will be sent in white boxes.
