    OPERATING TIPS
    Step 1: The arrow will light up in green (indicating no signal and no object detected).
    Calibrate the tool before every scan. Press the MODE button to turn on the tool and place the tool flat against the wall (cannot be callbrated in the air, otherwise the calibration will fall). Do not move or shake the tool, After choose the mode, press and hold the scan button (on the side) to callbrate it. The tool enters callbration, and all signal cir- cles are displayed. The signal circle will gradually decrease during callbration.Wait for all signal circles to disappear until you hear a "Bl" beep. Indicates that the calibration is complete and you can start scanning

    Step 2:The arrow lights up in yellow (indicating that there is an object nearby).
    Always scan for studs with the tool placed flat against the wall. Slowly slide tool across surface. EDGE indication willilluminate, indicating location of the stud edge .

    Note: lf the tool is lited away from the wall or shakes, it needs to be recalibrat. ed, otherwise it will affect the scan results.

    Step 3:The arrow lights up in red (indicating that there is an object here).
    Continue sliding tool. When the center of a stud is located, CENTER indication wililluminate and the buzzer will sound.
