• They are not brand new unless otherwise stated, and therefore unlikely to be in perfect condition.

• We make every effort to be fair and realistic in our listings. We accurately describe in detail, together with clear photos and will highlight any issues or major flaws so buyers can make an informed choice before purchasing.

• Please ask any questions you might have before bidding and make sure this item is for you. Genuine buyers and prompt payers only please.

• We only accept returns partial refunds for items that are damaged. In the case of buyer regret/change of mind (buyer pays for and arranges return postage). These processes can be lengthy and expensive especially for larger items.

• All items will be well packed considerately for shipping.

• We are very proud to work in conjunction with generous local businesses and our community to reuse donated packaging and materials wherever possible to keep from landfill sites, and to keep buyers p&p charges to cost pricing where we can.

• Some items such as glass/ceramic/china are not covered by insurance or compensation by the courier

• We use the global shipping program for non UK buyers. Due to the nature of our items, high costs together with insurance/tracked services, it is not feasible to ship outside of the program.

• We don’t accept responsibility for the postage charges set by eBay for international buyers as these are strictly and 100% set by eBay. Therefore we have no influence or input in deciding these.

• Please let us know if you would like an invoice as these are not usually included to be as eco friendly as possible, unless of course specifically requested.
