This vintage trinket dish can hold anything small such as coins, hair pins, rings, jewelry or what ever you choose.  It is from the 1920's and has that wonderful style about it that would dress up your Boudoir table top.  I believe it is cast iron covered with a sort of silver coloring.  It defiantly has some weight to it.  it measures approx. 6-1/2 inches across
