this is new old stock, but I list as pre-owned because the condition is not perfect. 

- been kept in toys store warehouse for years, but nobody has owned this before.

-box is not perfect please look at the picture

- I put magic wand in plastic zipper

- I will hairband, blue hoop and magic stick in plastic zipper when shipping, to make it secure in shipping process

- some rubber already aging so need cleaning for the debris-
