This coat jacket is from my mother-in-law's estate. I think she would have purchased this in the mid to late 1950s rom C.R. Cook in Peoria Illinois.

This is a  genuine sheared beaver fur in a swing coat style. Fully lined with pockets. Lined with satin or acetate type fabric.

S/M has an "oversized" cut that can fit multiple sizes

Measurements were taken with coat buttoned and laying flat

22” armpit to armpit

39"” length (shoulder to hem line)

8” across sleeve

22” across waist

CONDITION - needs a good cleaning. food spots on front and inside area. scuff marks throughout. belt is missing. No smoke or foul odor. It's a little musty and perfume. My kids say it smells like grandma!

Comes with the original C.R. Cook hanger and fabric bag for storage. The bag has a little rip at the top of it. Monogrammed Connie Smith

FUR NOTE - most of us agree that killing cute little animals for fur is really really bad in today’s world. However, purchasing vintage fur is a sustainable option to use resources that are pre-existing. It doesn’t make sense to throw them in the landfill.

SHIPPING NOTE- best way to ship this is UPS ground.
