I don't think this is a Pomona brand. Similar looking but no writing, no embossed name.

But....it is a Pomona TVS-7 style 7 pin miniature tube test socket adapter in good used condition.

It is vintage, found in a retired operators' warehouse.

Stands about 1.5 inches tall.
