Here you have an antique Bulman General Store Paper Dispenser and Cutter. These were used in old General Stores, Drug Stores, and Butcher Shops during the early 1900’s. Before we used grocery bags, we would roll out paper on these paper roll holders and tie it off with a string. This paper dispenser and cutter is a lovely piece of history to add to your collection!The springs work great for its age and has all its original screws, nuts, and washers.
