This is a pair of early Art Deco bookends in the 'Girl on a Bench' shape, by Rookwood Pottery of Ohio and dated 1921. They are in the graduated pink to green colourway, and are fully marked to the bases.
Measuring 14cm tall, 11cm wide and 11cm deep they are in excellent condition with no chips, cracks or other damage.
