*Mode of operation:
1. Press ON / OF to turn on the meter, remove the protective cap and place it in the solution to be measured without immersing it above the submerged line. Then gently shake it several times in the water to eliminate air bubbles around the electrode and read the correct measurement value after the value has stabilized
2. Press MODE / CAL will enter different models, Total Dissolved Solids in PPM or PPT, EC in uS or mS, salt in % and seawater specific gravity in S.G.
3. Press HOLD / TEMP, it will be displayed in the upper left corner of the screen to indicate that the value has been held, then remove the meter from solution and read the value, press HOLD / TEMP again to exit the hold mode.
4. Press and hold HOLD / TEMP for a long time, the screen will toggle betweenºC andºF
*Calibration:
It needs to be calibrated after long time use, put it into standard solution, enter Total Dissolved Solids / EC mode, press MODE / CAL for four seconds, it will enter auto calibration mode, the corresponding value will flash on the screen, press HOLD / TEMP to plus or MODE / CAL to minus, and then calibrate it to the standard solution value, flicker three times and then calibrate it to be completed.
