This is a silver & gold tone metal award buckle, hand engraved nickel silver, made by B-K Buckles of Phoenix, AZ, back in 1987. It is in pretty nice condition as shown in the photos it does have some wear and tear from age or use. This buckle measures approximately 3-1/4" x 2-1/2", it fits a 1-1/2" wide belt and weighs about 2.7 oz.
