Large hand carved wooden casket from Black Forest region (or in Black

Region style)

Most likely walnut wood. Interior lined with quilted and deep button

tufted silk satin.

The sides are decorated with a sprays of flowers in high relief,

- the lid doesn't close tightly

- some parts of applied high relief carvings have broken off and are

missing, please see photos for details

Silk lining looks very preserved, no rips or tears
