Rare, Authentic Vintage Original 1964 Mr. Potato Head & His Tooty Frooty Friends. Made by the Hassenfeld Bros. Inc. Company,  better known as Hasbro. Made in Pawtucket Rhode Island, USA.

Aside from Mr. Potato Head his friends Include Pete the Pepper, Oscar the Orange, and Katie the Carrot.  This box set is 99% complete including 59 of 60 pieces and its original box. There is one hand missing and that's it.

The set is in excellent condition!  I put four faces together for the Pictures and in doing so going out that the pieces are very tight fits into their respective places indicating this set was rarely,  if ever, used. Normally kids would insert and take out pieces often, leaving the holes wider and things would not fit very good.  These pieces are very tight fits so I'd say the set is basically like new.

The box has some wear, dents and separation at its seams, it looks as if someone attempted to glue some spots together but it's very hard to see.  Overall a really beautiful vintage set!!
