PIC16F630 chip for switching regions between NTSC-U, NTSC-J and PAL, by long pressing the reset button. The chip can be used on any Mega Drive or Genesis consoles. It's also suitable for some NOAC type famiclones.

It uses the code by Borti4938, the installation manual can be easily found online, if you can't find it, message me and I'll send you the link.

The required resistors and two, optional RGB LEDs are included.

I include both clear, common anode, and defused, common cathode diodes so that you can use whichever you like better.

Included NTSC crystal oscillator lets you convert a PAL Mega Drive into a propper NTSC system, it fixes the scrolling problems and lets you use AV signal at 60Hz (otherwise you can only use RGB at 60Hz)
