Ladder-Aide Pro's are in new condition. They have been shipped without additional boxing around them thus have taken a lot of  damage to the packaging. Each item has been inspected to ensure accurate description. Some have popcorn foam that has been heavily torn from shipping and has been taken out to minimize mess. The item has had extended shelf life and therefore it is common to find packaging heavily taped, shipping labels torn off, and other cosmetic flaws on the outside. These items will be shipped in an additional box so no additional damage occurs to the original packaging.
