The shotglass set is comprised of 4 unused 3" tall shot glasses in the sealed box. 

The three glass potion bottles are new with tags unused (all have cork tops) BUT the Snake Venom bottle is missing the light-up LED insert apparatus (can be seen in photos) and the Magic Potion bottle works but the apparatus is loose and pops out of the bottle (needs some glue). The Witches Brew works as expected. All from smoke free pet free home.
