This is a flat oval vase With Green Stripes. 

The vase is approximately 13 inches high, 8 inches wide, 3 inches thick, and the vase mouth is approximately 2 1/2 x2 1/4 inches, The base of the vase is approximately 4 x2 1/2 inches.

No flaws, chips, or cracks that I see.
