Acceptable condition with wear and tear considering this books age. SOME LOOSE PAGES. A small tear on the front cover, please see photos. Minor cosmetic damage on some pages. There are some small age related spots on the front and back covers. There has been some slight wateringress on the inside of the front cover and on some of the pages. On some of other pages there are some small, age related spots. There is one pencil inscription on the insides of the front cover. There is no significant folding of the corner edges that you sometimes get on books this old.
