CANADIAN buyers. All DVD's or Blu Rays are shipped Canada Post Lettermail (NO TRACKING) Unless otherwise specified. For example, any movie or dvd set thicker then 20mm will be shipped as a package.
USA Buyers. DVD's or Blu Rays are shipped by Canada Post Tracked Packet.
We do not give partial refunds! International buyers are responsible for any import fees if applicable.
DAMAGES & RETURNS: Any damages must be reported to us within 48 hours of receiving your package. A photo of the damage is required in order to qualify for a refund. If you want to return an item, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Refunds will be issued once we have the item back in the same condition in which it was originally shipped. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
