Bakugan Dragonoid Destroyer Mechtanium Surge Series Figure - 7" Tall

Looks to be in good used condition, but I've tried transforming it into a ball a couple of times but can't get it to work. So it's being sold as shown

Has two blue projectiles in its right arm that fire out. The left arm is missing these projectiles. So that's incomplete.

No card comes with this either, if it ever did come with one to begin with?
