• Mistakes occasionally happen and packages sometimes get lost. If you ever have a problem with an order then please get in touch and we will put it right straight away.
• If you change your mind about an order then you can return it - you will get a full refund if the item is returned unopened and will only need to pay the return postage cost. Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your product if you wish to return it.
