Items paid for before 1 PM (EST) will be shipped on the same business day. Orders received after 1 PM (EST) will be shipped on the following business day.

Please note, for an address listed as a residential address in FedEx's directory, eBay/FedEx will add an additional surcharge of a few dollars at checkout for FedEx Home Delivery.

We accept PayPal payments, credit card payments through PayPal, or cash on pickup (by appointment) from our warehouse in St. Joseph, MI.

Warranty

We (Seller) will refund this item, in full or in part, within 30 days of delivery if it is [a] dysfunctional upon arrival (DOA) or [b] not as pictured. We make no other guarantees.  Full refunds dependant upon Buyer substantiating defect(s).
     No warranty for controller. We cannot guarantee used batteries which may fail at any time.

Returns or Exchanges

Returns dependent upon Seller warranty. Exchanges dependent upon availability. We (Seller) shall arrange return shipping, which we'll pay for warrantied units. Buyer pays return shipping for unwarrantied units. Items must arrive back to us (Seller) undamaged and in the condition in which it was sold—no modification, alterations, etc. Please contact us with any questions or concerns.
