There is a small tear in the clear plastic at the bottom of the holder. Otherwise, it appears to have been used little if at all. It measures approximately 7.5 inches long without a bit in place. It includes 2 flat and 2 Phillips bits. Please see photos for item and condition specifics. I always combine shipping if you purchase more than one item.
