The George Lawrence Co. Saddle Leather Cartridge Belt.  #7 Plain with 25 Ammunition Loops for .22 Rimfire.  Vintage in Good Condition.  Marked 7   M   22.  

This is made for a rather small waist/hips.   Much smaller than a 34 pants size waist, for instance.

The following measurements are when laid flat.

Total length from end of buckle to end of leather is 40"

Length from end of buckle to middle belt hole is 35"

1.5" width.

Measure a belt that fits and compare.

 

Also, consider whether it will be used as a rig over your pants and belt.
