Vintage Raketa wrist watch is in working condition. It was fully serviced and tested by watch maker. 

On the Raketa 24H watches, the hour's hand makes only one complete rotation during 24H instead of two, so it's impossible to confuse AM and PM time (a necessity for submarine crew, polar explorers, miners and in spase wherever it's impossible to see if it's day or night).
