AMD Ryzen 9 3900X Processor NO DISPLAY

Does not have any bent or broken pins, just cant get it to display to my monitor. CPU feels hot after test benching and shows some sign of life but I get a CPU error light on my motherboard. Sold as is.

It has been tested with a RX-580 and several other AM4 motherboards with. I have done just about everything to try to get it to work to no avail.
