Handpainted Ceramic Turtle w/Dancing Shoes Planter Container Holder Vase. It is in pretty decent physical condition as shown in the photos, it does show minimal wear and tear from age and use. It looks hand painted and there are no makers marks that I can find. It's just a  super cute estate find with no cracks or breaks and it is in really decent used/usable condition.
