Clifty Creek Power Plant Belt Buckle Indiana Kentucky Elec Vtg 80s IKEC ...a super cool old promotional belt buckle for the Indiana-Kentucky Electric Corporation, Clifty Creek Plant. This is a heavy, silver tone metal buckle with darkened accents, made by I.K.E.C., back in 1989. The buckle is in pretty decent condition, as shown in the photos it does have some patina and some wear and tear from age or use. This buckle measures approximately 3-1/4" x 2-3/8", it fits a 1-3/4" wide belt and it weighs about 8.2 oz.
