Delivery - Our premium delivery promise:

1. We will call to confirm delivery date and 1 hour timeslot.

2. Cooker will be packaged and handled carefully.

3. We will take the cooker into your home.

Premium delivery is available usually within 200 miles of Bradford, West Yorkshire - however please contact us with your postcode to see you qualify. Some areas may be out of scope for this service and will need to be sent via pallet, if unsure contact us.

FAQ's

       Can you take offers at a lower price?

Due to our refurbishing process and service, we are not always able to reduce our prices. If you find something cheaper, it can unfortunately be a case of 'you get what you pay for'.

Our kitchen won't be ready,  can you hold the cooker for us?

Yes we can, as long as the cooker is purchased via Ebay and payment is made.

When can I expect delivery?

Our delivery runs are usually on weekends.

What if I encounter issues with my cooker?

We offer an excellent aftercare service, please contact us and we'll be happy to help resolve.

I have an old cooker, can you take it on delivery of my new one?

Contact us with images, if we are unable to, we will be happy to move it outside for you.
