Duratrax 1/10 Delphi Indy car in excellent cosmetic condition.  In 2002, Duratrax sold two prebuilt Delphi Indy Car kits, the DTXC0012 without the Futaba radio system and the DTXD12A5 RTR kit which included it.  These "EP model" cars were based on a double deck graphite chassis with a graphite T-plate and three shock rear suspension.  Electronics include a Duratrax Sprint brushed speed control, Photon Speed 20t motor (with blue aluminum heat sink) and a Duratrax steering servo.  A "Made for Duratrax" Futaba AM radio system is also included.  This car has full ball bearings and uses a gear type differential.

This kit was found in Denver, CO and it's original owner stated that the car had not been used.  The car does not appear to have been driven although it's hard to be certain since the kit box had been opened.  With that said, it is an excellent example and would be a nice car for display as pictured.  The box shows significant storage wear and I'm not certain if the VHS instructional tape is still functional.

Overall, a Delphi Indy car is very hard to find in this condition and it would be a great conversation piece given Duratrax's extensive use of graphite in a ready to run kit.  Sadly, most of these cars were damaged due to their low ride height and/or driver carelessness.
