Vintage Hand Crochet Ivory Dress. 30s Style Unlined Mid-Length Wedding Dress?

I don't know much information about this dress. It was in my mother-in-law's cedar chest. She never mentioned it. 

It appears to be a small size. Please see the measurements in item specifics. The skirt has a bit of a flare at the bottom. There is a side slit apparently to aid with getting it on. The buttons for that are missing.

Note - There is a faint yellow stain under the arms.
