Combined Postage I am happy to combine postage costs whenever possible but due to weight I am unable to have a structure due to the wide variety of goods I sell, so please email me prior to bidding and I will give you a price. I try to keep all postage and packing prices to a reasonable level. I do however allow for charges. I have to buy Jiffy Bags, Postal Bags, Labels, Fragile Tape, Packing Tape, Bubble Wrap, I pack all my items well, therefore, some of the charge goes towards the packing, not just postage alone.
Collect in Person is available in North Cardiff or our Charity Shop in High St. Barry, by appointment only. The goods are kept in North Cardiff and we generally only work in the shop one day per week. Payment must be made through eBay because I am using using their eBay for Charity system which donates 100% straight to the Charity.
Feedback: I will always leave feedback for you once feedback is received. This lets me know that the item has been received safely and that you are happy with it.
Refunds: If the item is faulty, which is highly unlikely I am happy to refund you the selling price of the item only (NOT THE POSTAGE). Please contact me first to discuss the problem. Some items I do not accept returns for due to their nature. I will clearly state this in the description. I always give an accurate description, and detailed photographs, so there should never be any need to return an item, but if it is faulty, I will refund the price of the item, not the postage, and the return postage will need to be paid by you. Also as I am raising funds for the SHUA TRUST Charity, I do not want to waste any funds by offering refunds for no good reason. Ebay also have their own return policy.
