What is the difference between front radar and rear radar?


Difference 1:

The professional front radar can still work for about 10 seconds after power failure.


For example, the driver activated the front radar at position 1, and when car reached position A, the car's speed was already slow. At this point, the driver will no longer brake, and the power to the radar will be disconnected. However, the product will continue to operate for about 10 seconds to detect and alarm at locations B and C.



Difference 2:

A professional front-end radar should have a detection range of around 1 meter, as the driver can clearly see obstacles beyond 1 meter


As shown in the following figure: When waiting for a red light, if a useless alarm is generated due to the detection distance being too far, it may sound annoying



Professional front radar VS rear radar

Front radar: When braking, the sensor starts to work. When it detects obstacles, the system starts to alarm; when the brake is released, the main power of the system is disconnected. At this time, the main board capacitor discharges the power, and the sensor continues to scan for 10 seconds and then stops. In order to make the driver turn or change lanes in small places, release the brakes, and get the warning of the parking sensor during the refueling process. Finally, the above two functions, the rear parking sensor does not have this function.

When braking, if the obstacles are not activated, the user-friendly design avoids the troubles caused by the endless starting system.
