Restored original DMG Gameboy with a new IPS screen and a glass lens.

IPS backlit screen from Funnyplaying. Screen is 11% larger than the original display.

Control screen brightness using the contrast wheel.

Push wheel in once to access color change mode. Holding wheel up or down will scroll through color options. Hold wheel for a few seconds to turn on scanlines

Original DMG shell modified to fit the new screen. Shell was dissassembled and cleaned before installation.

Added a 470 uF capacitor across VCC/Ground on the power regulator to reduce audio noise from the IPS upgrade.

Motherboard fully cleaned during assembly.

Note: There is a protective film on the screen in the images. Console will be shipped with film still attached and can be removed by the buyer. Game is not included and is just being used for demonstration.
