This is a FAO Schwarz Jack In The Box.

The box is metal and it plays pop goes the weasel.

The Jack in the Box is the FAO Schwarz Teddy Bear. The box does have some slight marks on the bottom and there is a loose thread in the embroidery on the bears hat. Please see pictures.

This is a lovely nostalgic item.
