This is a very nice pair of vintage Xcelite Needle Nose Pliers.  These have spring loading to facilitate usage.  These are marked with the Manufacter's Name, Xcelite and USA, where they were made.  The part number is LN54.

There are from tools I had purchased over a number of years.

I am now just clearing or extra tools that I had accumulated.
