SHIPPING/PICK-UP: The shipping will be flat rate of $12 Shipped in anywhere in the lower 48 U.S. states. The shipping price includes boxes, supplies (bubble wrap etc), shipping, handling, and insurance through fedex. Local pick-up is always welcomed. When possible I disassemble furniture to assure safe shipping.

By purchasing or bidding on this item, buyer agrees to all terms and conditions. Returns are accepted and must be shipped no later than the third day of receipt. In the rare occurrence that a package is lost or damaged, refund will be given once insurance claim is settled. All packages will be insured. All payments are due 5 days from the time of auction end or at the time the buyer has chosen the buy it now option. You must have a paypal confirmed shipping address. We do not ship to P.O. boxes. Item will be shipped within ONE business day starting the day payment has cleared. Once your item has been shipped you will receive a email with the tracking number from myself or Fedex.
