Unused and in very good to excellent condition. This is a chintz fabric which means it has a glazed quality over the pattern. I have taken the photos in light and semi dark in one picture to reflect how pattern shows. Marked to edge Ananas Sanderson Fabric. The piece measures approximately 48 inches wide by 60 inches in length.
