Full engine rebuild kit to suit KTM 65 SX 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008 consisting of:

Vertex Piston Kit

Piston - High silicon cast aluminium alloy, CNC machined, Teflon coating in high friction areas.

Rings - High quality OEM spec, high quality material and heat treatment, high quality coating for increased wear resistance.

Gudgeon Pin - Hollow, forged, steel alloy, chromed, high strength and hardness. Circlips included.

This kit will be sent with an EF 44.98mm piston if no message or note is left. If you require another size please contact for availability.

Mitaka Gasket Set

Head gasket, Base gasket, Exhaust valve gaskets, Exhaust pipe O-rings, Clutch cover gasket, Side case gasket, Crankcase halves gasket, Reed valve gasket, Water pump gasket, Hydraulic clutch gasket, Ignition cover gasket & various o-rings if required.

Mitaka Seal Set

Includes all seals required, Main bearings, Countershaft, Clutch rod lever, Gear shift shaft, Water pump, etc

Mitaka Complete Crank

Complete crank precision trued, engineered to OEM specification and materials using precision machining techniques. High quality steel alloy crank webs, chromed crank pin, quality big end roller bearing designed for high speeds (usually with flat silver bearing cages), forged shot peened connecting rod made using the latest steel alloy for OEM quality and strength, copper or silver thrust washers designed for high oil flow.

OEM Spec Main Bearings

The bearings used are Koyo who are the original equipment manufacturer for various Honda, Kawasaki, Yamaha and Suzuki motorcycle models.
