You will enjoy a king bed in the master bedroom, two twin beds in the guest bedroom and one queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Additional amenities include a full kitchen and dining area, two bathrooms, washer/dryer and some with porch or balcony. Maximum occupancy is six. Private sleeping area sleeps four.

During those 30 days there is a $75 restocking fee if the unit is returned. For units already within 30 days of arrival or for units whose dates have already passed, there are no changes and no refunds. There is a $75 restocking fee for any unit where payment has already been received. Date changes are generally not accepted or available.
