This is in great shape and appears to have never been installed. It comes with a blue elastomer installed, which was difficult (impossible?) to compress by hand, but we haven't tested it in use.

Extension measures ~145mm from the center/bolt of the quill to the center of the bar clamp. We measured the angle at ~+15°. The bar clamp is for 25.4mm bars, and the quill diameter is 25.4mm, for a 1 1/8" (28.6mm) outer diameter threaded steerer.

This is being sold by Bike Farm, a 501(c)3 all-volunteer co-op dedicated to every aspect of bicycle education, from safe commuting to repair. Our mission is to provide a space where people can learn about the bicycle and build community around promoting sustainable transportation.
