This is new and still sealed on the two sides with the round clear plastic tape pieces put on by the factory. The box does show signs of handling and shelfware (wear to the finish). There is a small, damaged area at the top corner of the back of the box (see photo). this is a rare puzzle (this particular scene), I couldn't find any currently listed or sold in the last 2 years!
