This 1899 $1 Black Eagle Silver Certificate is certified by PMG as CU64.  The note has SUPERB eye appeal, with crisp Bright paper and super bold print.  PMG incorrectly labels this note as an Fr. 232, rather it's an Fr. 233 with Tehee / Burke signatures.  This note has HUGE PIZAZZ!
