This is an open-work style bright silver tone metal buckle, made by Anchor Blue, in the 1990s-2000s. It is in pretty decent condition, as shown in the photos it does have some wear and tear from age or use. It measures approximately 3-5/8" x 3-1/4", fits a 1-1/2" wide belt and weighs about 4 oz.
