For sale is my vintage original Corgi Toys Whizzwheels Chevrolet Corvette Stingray Coupe in metallic pink No.387. The Whizzwheels Corvette Stingrays are rare items being introduced in 1972 and then discontinued the following year. The cars were cheaper-to-make versions of the Golden Jacks cars with that function removed of course. Most were made in metallic blue but some like this one were made in the much much rarer metallic pink - very fitting for this car! This one also has the rare ridged headlamp covers. It has a little playwear, but is a complete car with great suspension, glass and with the complete rear deck decal in place. It also - unusually - retains both Targa tops. There is no box. A rare item even when new and one of the most difficult Corgi Whizzwheels to find. 

Please look over the photos which you can enlarge and that form part of the description. As always the pictures are detailed if somewhat harsh, but it means that you can see what is on offer and assess the condition as to your own standards. The car will always look better in your hand than it does here.
