It contains three active substances with different mechanisms of action - for better effectiveness.

Elipris is a selective herbicide. It is available in the form of a concentrated suspension for the preparation of an aqueous solution (SC), which affects the speed of the preparation and increases its herbicidal effect. It exhibits systemic action. The agent is taken up by the roots, cotyledons and leaves. After the treatment, sensitive weeds stop growing, followed by deformations of leaves and stems as well as chlorosis leading to necrosis and weed death. Visual symptoms of the agent, depending on the weed species, appear within a few days to a few weeks after the treatment. Elipris herbicide is used as a foliar application for autumn control of dicotyledonous weeds in winter cereals.

Elipris is intended for use with a self-propelled or tractor field sprayer.

Elipris herbicide - active substance content:

    diflufenican (a compound from the pyridinecarboxamide group) - 180 g/l (15.26%),
    flufenacet (a compound from the group of oxyacetamides) - 240 g/l (20.34%),
    methyl halauxifen - Arylex (a substance from the group of arylpicolin compounds) - 11.7 g / l (1%),
    safener - 7.8 g/l.

According to the HRAC classification, the active substance halauxifen-methyl belongs to group 4 (former group O), the active substance diflufenican belongs to group 12 (former group F1), the active substance flufenacet belongs to group 15 (former group K3).
Arylex Active in the composition of the herbicide Elipris:

Elipris is another product containing Arylex Active. It is an active substance belonging to a completely new chemical group arylpicolin, classified within synthetic auxins (group O according to HRAC). Its presence in the composition of the Elipris product brings a number of benefits.

Elipris Corteva - action:

Elipris herbicide contains three active substances with different mechanisms of action.

Halauxifen-methyl is an active substance from the group of arylpicolin compounds belonging to the group of growth regulators (also called synthetic auxins). In the plant, it inhibits the action of plant hormones responsible for the growth and development of the plant. The symptoms of the action are deformation of leaves and stems, followed by the death of the plant.

Diflufenican is a contact herbicide (slightly mobile in the plant), classified as an inhibitor of carotenoid and chlorophyll biosynthesis in weed cells. The absence of these structures causes whitening of the leaf tissues and cell disintegration, which is particularly noticeable in the case of new tissues. After application, diflufenican remains on the soil surface for a long time, creating a thin film that acts as a contact layer on emerging, young, actively growing weeds.

Flufenacet is a systemic herbicide, classified as an inhibitor of the synthesis of long-chain fatty acids. Flufenacet is mainly taken up by the roots and hypocotyl of germinating weeds. It remains active in the soil for many weeks after treatment, which maintains high herbicidal effectiveness also in the later period.

Plant protection product Elipris Corteva - conditions favorable and hindering the proper functioning of the agent:

The fastest and best herbicidal effect is obtained when the agent is applied to well-cultivated (no lumps) soil, on weeds in the early stages of development, i.e. in the germination stage, shortly after their emergence or in the seedling stage. In order to obtain the proper effect of weed control, after applying the agent, do not perform agrotechnical treatments that would disturb the top layer of the soil. Optimum soil moisture contributes to the high effectiveness of the agent.

Prolonged drought may reduce the herbicidal effectiveness of the agent and delay its decomposition in the soil.

The agent can be used in a wide range of air temperatures (from 2 to 25 ° C), with low or high air humidity.

Rainfall occurring 60 minutes after the treatment does not reduce the effectiveness.

In spring, regardless of the method of soil cultivation, you can cultivate: spring cereals (spring wheat, spring barley), maize, sunflower, potatoes.
