This has serious condition issues. It has what I would call severe water damage, especially on the cover. There is a lot of discoloration and spotting inside and outside the book. The inside pages also have water damage. The binding is broken in places with pages that are separating, especially at the top of the book. Please look very closely at the images. This is a very rare book, but it's got issues.

I am not a professional grader, or even an amateur one, so please look at the pictures closely. The items you are buying are the ones in the photos, so please judge for yourself but also keep in mind that there may be defects that do not show up in the photos (like tears, bends, water damage, writing, etc.) but no defects are intentionally hidden. I would just assume they’re reader copies if condition is a big deal to you. The items are coming from a non-smoking home with a cat.
