The Visconti Il Magnifico Egyptian Marble fountain pen celebrates Lorenzo de' Medici's passion for art and Florentine tradition. The pen's barrel is made of fine Egyptian "amber" marble known for its delicate streaks ranging from amber to sepia hues that give the fountain pen a delicate, elegant appearance. The marble body is formed using specific, high-precision machinery. The octagonal-shaped body is inspired by the Baptistery of Florence.
