A jumbo hand-painted ceramic piggy bank in crouching position, perfect for decorating children's rooms / nurseries.
Lovely idea for a new baby / christening gift, that is full of quirky retro style.
There seem to be many variations of these jumbo pigs - with different styles of paint and glaze. This one has both a very illustration style face, and folk floral designs like seen on continental pottery.
Age likely 1960s-1980s.
Stopper is rubber and in good condition.
Measures: 23 x 30 x 18 cm
